SHIPPING INFORMATION

Note: There are delivery delays in rare instances, where packages may take longer to be delivered than the listed time frame. Unfortunately, it is out of our control, and customs may delay deliveries in some instances.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will only cover shipping if the item is damaged and needs to be replaced.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please consider that our products are primarily sourced from overseas, which is why it may take some time for delivery. We are not responsible for undelivered packages (due to incorrect addresses). However, we can accommodate damaged items and packages lost in transit as long as we receive proof (stated in the refund section) within 5 days of receiving the goods.

Due to the influence of COVID-19 and the policy restrictions of various countries, there will be a big delay in all express deliveries, and the logistics cannot guarantee the time limit completely.
